Always confirm before you send
This is our only bank account and the details on this page do not change. If you ever receive an email, message or invoice telling you our account has changed, treat it as fraud — do not send anything. Call us on +91 89882 88221 or message +255 668 224 818 on WhatsApp and confirm the details with us directly first.
Good to know
Before you send
Use the lead traveller's surname and your travel dates — for example "John, July 2026". If we have already sent you a booking or invoice number, use that instead. It is the quickest way for us to match your payment to your trip.
Email a copy of the transfer confirmation to touringtours@yahoo.com or send it on WhatsApp. International transfers can take a few working days to arrive, and the receipt lets us confirm your booking straight away rather than waiting on the bank.
International transfers usually pass through one or more intermediary banks, each of which may deduct a fee, so the amount that lands can be a little less than the amount you sent. Ask your bank how it handles these charges before you send, and forward us the receipt — we will confirm what actually arrives.
The ICICI account is a rupee account, so please send Indian Rupees. If you are paying from outside India and your bank only offers a different currency, get in touch before transferring and we will tell you how to proceed.
Deposit and balance amounts and their due dates are set out in the quote we send you, since they depend on the lodges, permits and flights your trip involves. If you are unsure what is due, ask us before paying rather than guessing.
